Priorities

Upgrade the patient scheduling and onboarding process to allow for a better office admin experience across multiple medical practices, while continuing to support excellent patient onboarding and anesthetic care.

Challenges

Due to increased demand for her work, Dr. Blanchard wanted to implement more automated follow-up for patient payments, as well as implement digital forms that would allow patients to submit their more complete medical information online.

She also had a new pain management treatment service that she wanted to launch.

Outcomes

Dr. Blanchard and I tested and demoed several systems in the practice management space… none were the Goldilocks tool that she was looking for, SO we put together her dream process using:

• TeamUp Calendar for single-availability, multi-location schedule management
• Zoho Invoice for automated invoices
• Stripe for payments
• Jotform for pain management service booking, payment (Stripe), and digital forms
