Priorities

Upgrade the patient scheduling and onboarding process to allow for a better office admin experience across multiple medical practices, while continuing to support excellent patient onboarding and anesthetic care.

Challenges

Due to increased demand for her work, Dr. Blanchard wanted to implement more automated follow-up for patient payments, as well as implement digital forms that would allow patients to submit their more complete medical information online.

She also had a new pain management treatment service that she wanted to launch.
